The ASEAN Youth Volunteer Programme Inaugural Programme for the Development of ASEAN Youth Eco-Leaders through Volunteerism and Community Engagement

This keynote address marked the inauguration of the ASEAN Youth Volunteer Programme and articulated a regional vision for developing youth leaders through volunteerism, sustainability, civic engagement and university-community partnerships across ASEAN.
