Professor Sharifah Hapsah delivered the opening address at the NCWO Biennial Delegates Conference and reviewed key achievements during the 2016–2018 term.

The address formed part of NCWO’s formal accountability to its affiliated organisations and documented the Council’s advocacy, activities and institutional priorities under her leadership.
