This report documents the conferment of the honorary degree of Doctor Honoris Causa by the “1 December 1918” University of Alba Iulia, Romania. The university recognised Tan Sri Sharifah Hapsah for her distinguished contributions to medicine, higher education, academic leadership and educational management.
